Our client is a market leader in Financial Markets, who provide a diverse range of products and services, require the services of a market orientated professional to join their Client onboarding Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data entry into various systems and processing of:
- New applications for trading accounts and linked cash management accounts
- HIN transfer requests
- Change of Address
- Standard Off market Transfers
- Broker to Broker Transfers
- Issuer Sponsored conversions
- Deceased Estates processing
- Managing client queries
- Client sponsorship processing via CHESS
- Cancelling HINs & processing of account closures
- Liaison with Banking partners, Share registries and Corporate partner firms
To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have a strong back-office experience base in broking / Wealth, good verbal, written communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills in excel and word and the ability to work effectively with a very dedicated and high performing team.
Our client is very keen to meet with individuals who have up to three years experience in stock broking or funds management back office and who are looking for a new opportunity with a great firm.
