An exciting opportunity exists to join our Advice & Guidance team as an Onboarding & Training Specialist on a 12 month fixed term basis.

About the role

As an Onboarding & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Adviser Growth Team by developing, maintaining and leading the end-to-end sales process, successfully onboard unregistered advisers, and lead advisers’ training activities.
You will utilise your knowledge of Australian Retirement Trust’s products and supporting services to articulate the value of the proposition to external Financial Advisers, through phone-based activities and by liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver presentations to external Financial Advisers.
This role is available as a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

- Superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
