About the opportunity
Join our Xplor Education Vertical as an Onboarding Data Specialist and Administration Assistant in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers' experiences.
Reporting into the Onboarding Team Lead, you'll makes each customer's journey as easy, efficient and simple as possible and work closely with the Onboarding Specialists to assist with administrative tasks, particularly data management and data entry. Some of the other responsibilities you'll have:
Identify discrepancies or anomalies in data sets and work proactively to resolve issues.
Maintain broad knowledge of relevant company products and services.
Communication of data requirement with customers, in addition to supporting each customer's data needs through the onboarding process. Advocate customer needs internally.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Please note this is a Fixed Term contract until 31st December 2024.

Required qualifications for this role:
Strong proficiency in Excel, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate data insights across various departments.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Excellent data management and data entry skills
- Proven experience managing large volume of data with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Must be an Australian citizen or have eligibility and documentation demonstrating your right to work Australia
- Demonstrated awareness of own strengths and areas for growth, and the ability to develop and apply new skills.
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce
- Previous roles in Data Specialist or Data Analyst
For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you'll spend 1-2 days per week in our Melbourne CBD office and the rest is your choice to work in the office or work from home.
