The Role
This role is integral to the ongoing running of the business. You will oversee the implementation of high functioning quality assurance systems, right from preparation and design stages through to organising and facilitating the training programs. Your goal is to ensure they meet and exceed quality levels required under the company legislation. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Generate training programs inline with company needs
- Plan, coordinate, oversee and execute all training
- Review and prepare training material to make sure compliant
- Facilitate training sessions and conduct assessments
- Complete and record all training records and document all assessment results accurately
- Determine potential gaps in current training
- Review existing and develop new required work instructions, ensuring they are current
- Liaise with senior departments to determine the best possible training outcomes
- Assist with Health and Safety and conducting risk assessments where necessary
The Person
With a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Learning and Development you will also have strong experience with learning systems. You will be a problem solving, self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the confidence to navigate day to day life with all levels of staff. You will have impeccable attention to detail and a strong ability to work under pressure whilst meeting key deadlines with drive and leadership.
