Role description
Supporting our trade based customers through technical troubleshooting to maximise their AroFlo experience.
About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Online Application Support person to join our Customer Service team. Based in Ringwood (first 3 months onsite). The role will see you apply technical concepts and support our tradie customers with fast solutions through phone, email and online chats. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to the success of this role.
A typical day:
- Provide customers with technical support and product assistance through email, phone calls and live/online chat.
- Consult with AroFlo customers in analysing their needs and offer best practice solutions for configuring and using their AroFlo site.
- Monitor customer progress and AroFlo usage to provide support and technical guidance.
- Provide personal and dedicated assistance across all areas of the AroFlo platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Participate in staff and team meetings, provide feedback, input and suggestions to help improve internal business workflows and procedures.
About you:
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience within the IT Industry is essential.
- Candidates who have worked for an ISP (Internet Service Provider) are preferable.
- Demonstrated strong technical skills in an Application Support role.
- Strong ability to build rapport through managing customers’ expectations.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Knowledge of DNS email settings and hosting experience (advantageous but not necessary).
