Job description

As an Online Customer Care Agent at True Alliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. This position will also involve providing support to our warehouse and wholesale teams. If you thrive in a busy environment and have call centre experience, this role may be for you.
About the role:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and live chat
  • Provide support to warehouse and wholesale operations
  • Collaborate with team members on daily reporting tasks

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in IT technology, with a strong understanding of relevant systems
  • Excellent collaborative skills
