Position Summary:

As an Online Support Engineer at Ainsworth Game Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our position as an industry leader. Reporting to the Director of Online, you'll oversee the maintenance of our production servers across various data centers and provide responsive support to platform operators. This dynamic role also involves collaborating closely with our Technical Compliance team to facilitate the deployment of new games and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

This position, the Online Support Engineer will be responsible for the following primary functions:

• Manage and maintain our production servers distributed across different data centers.
• Provide timely and effective responses to platform and operator queries, ensuring seamless operation.
• Collaborate with the Technical Compliance team to execute the deployment of new games, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Liaise with operators to communicate new game releases, distribute marketing assets, and share regulatory documentation through client portals.
• Prepare and maintain compliance-related data on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships with regulators and internal audit teams.
• Develop utilities as needed to streamline support tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:

This position will require:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Basic understanding of HTML and SQL databases.
• Experience working within a Compliance team is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to teamwork.
• Programming experience in JavaScript, HTML5, or C# is desirable.
