About the role
You will be Working in partnership with State Online Manager, Regional Managers and Store Managers to create and execute the Online strategy.
As part of this role, you will be required to lead and manage the provision of appropriate resource/ support to stores and leaders to deliver outstanding customer service, as well as implementation and management of key projects and initiative.
You will
- Support State Operations, SOM and Regional Managers to identify, develop and execute new opportunities for driving sales and coverage of Online TPC
- Influence and execute national and state programmes to maximise Coles Online visibility and engagement.
- Design, develop and deliver localised strategies to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
- Operational Support for transport related issues and management of fleet
- Manage the execution of Coles Online projects in terms of time, cost, quality, risks, governance and communication to enable successful delivery according to project objectives
- Partner with State Leadership teams and stores to optimise sustainable & cost effective execution of projects/refreshes
- Deliver Coles Online Training requirements across market and store teams to improve current ways of working and process
- Strong and pragmatic Influencing skills and stakeholder management experience at senior level
- Proven senior leadership & customer management experience
- Wide, multi-site understanding of supermarket operations , including growth of new and existing business unit(s)
- Ability to identify new sales/operations opportunities for overall state coverage
- Proficiency to deliver improved Online store network through effective people engagement and network planning skills
- Experience of managing implementation phases of major change projects in a high pressure environment
- Knowledge of transport replated issues and factors
- Ability to identify trends of poor performance and their operational causes and provide actions and engagement to improve results
- Identify, analyse and discuss links between sales, availability and fulfilment data with all levels of the business leadership team
- Ability to influence Operations , Regional and Store managers
