Azure Living is the property management arm of Azure Development Group providing a sophisticated new approach to leasing and an unsurpassed level of dedicated personal service that matches the exceptional quality of our properties. We pride ourselves on a management team that values staff care, wellbeing, and team culture. We are looking for a new Property Manager that is kind, personable, efficient and knows their stuff. We are looking for a high achiever with a passion for customer service to join our rapidly expanding team.
The Azure Living team has a full-time leasing assistant, support from three virtual assistants, a trust accountant, Property Me and Inspection Express making work streamlined for our team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role will be based in our onsite office in Richlands and will comprise of up to 150 properties including 2 residential townhouse complexes developed by Azure in Richlands, as well as some home & land properties. Azure holds the Caretaking & Letting rights for all our complexes, so knowledge of Body Corporate and Onsite Property management is beneficial.
Main responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to:-
- Liaise with tenants & owners regarding maintenance & enquiries
- Attract & place quality tenants
- Application assessment & processing
- Preparation of entry & exit condition reports
- Tenancy document preparation & handover
- Conduct quarterly routine inspections
- Promptly attending to maintenance issues, coordinate & attend rectification
- Liaise with our onsite caretakers to ensure complexes are up to Azure standard
- Coordinate defects & warranty repairs
- Coordinate access with tenants as required
Skills and experience
- 2 years experience minimum
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Driver's License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven history showing you have successfully ran a portfolio
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
