Reporting to the Construction Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Overseeing Daily Operations
Coordination of all Resources
Project Management
Consultation and Planning
People Management
Taking control of field operations, you will drive our new direction in the field and living our core values. A demonstrated commitment to Quality, Production and above all Safety will under pin your success in this role.
To be considered for this role we would expect you to be competent in:
Operational Management
Planning & Project Management
Construction Induction Card
Working knowledge & experience in Non-Destructive Digging & NDD plans
Demonstrate safety leadership and collaboration in a team environment
This role is hands on, and will require you to develop and mentor your crews. Ideally you will possess experience in a similar role.
