Office and Operations Manager

  • 2+ years' experience in office management, admin or operations
  • It is ideal to have some experience within a digital marketing agency
  • Onsite role - offices based in Melbourne
  • The will be a very varied role, everyday is different so if you don't like a fast paced environment this isn't the right fit for you!
  • Up to $80K+super
  • This is a full time role, however, we can consider people who need more flexibility(e.g. 9am-3:30pm or a 4 day week) making this a great fit for working parents!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Office and Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to keep the office running smoothly on the day to day. This could range from managing key communications with external HR, Recruitment and Legal partners, to facilitate to ensure we have enough stock in the office to keep BAU and even facilitating the project management across the office, from time management to meeting room timetables to ensure no deadline is missed. To thrive within this role, you will need to be an effective multi-tasker who can interchange between roles with ease.

You will be the first face the team and clients see when walking into the office, we need you to be personable and attentive to ensure our clients and team have everything they need to thrive.

YOU WILL NEED...

  • 2+ years' experience in office management, admin or operations
  • To thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Legal and Recruitment partners
  • Experience with stock management and office resource management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience acting as an office all rounder - reception, operations, admin and anything else miscellaneous
  • Experience applying to events, competitions and awards for our companies

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

  • Experience with payroll process
  • Experience within a digital marketing agency
