POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Operations Analyst role is a pivotal role in ensuring the Field Services team's delivery of KPI's and strategic goals.
The Operations Analyst reports into the Service Operations Manager and is responsible for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the team in achieving improvements and results.
We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work with conflicting demands.

Key Areas of Responsibility

*Address any challenges or issues that arise during field operations promptly and effectively by working with internal and external stakeholders to resolution
*Communicate and oversee the reporting of team targets and performance
*Identify opportunities to better enable the team to streamline processes and achieve their KPI's
*Manage programs to identify and implement improvements for processes, hardware and cost efficiencies
*Manage and maintain National Measurement Institute records for weight calibrations, NMI verifiers and Quality Manual System
*Oversight of supplier billing, Purchase Order management, dispute resolution, track payments to suppliers
*Maintaining Workplace Health & Safety Minutes and Reporting for the Field team
*Be comfortable in working in a cross functional environment with team members from Operations, Logistics, Finance, Hardware Engineering and others
