Crown Currency Exchange is searching for an exceptional Operational Assurance Specialist with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, team focused and fantastic time management ability.

This rapid growth means we are searching for self-motivated, organised and articulate individuals, capable of working with key stakeholders, ensuring our stores are complying with both internal and external regulations, policy, process and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting thorough on-site Quality Assurance Reviews on stores.
- Conducting on-site full cash counts.
- Testing existing policies and procedures & make recommendations on improvements.
- Providing feedback and coaching to Store Team Leaders.
- Undertaking reviews of key metrics to find opportunities for improvement.
- Providing key insights and recommendations on all operational & risk matters.
About you:
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry is preferred, such as Banking and Finance.
- Demonstrated understanding of Risk and Compliance principles and their application.
- High level written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Well developed planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous and thorough in your work.
