Our company, located in Toowoomba Qld, is a diverse company working in Civil Construction, Bulk Earthworks and Heavy Haulage Transport.
The company has been operating for 72 years. We have a large fleet of equipment that we move using our own low loaders. In addition, we have a large number of clients within the Agriculture and Building sectors.
We are looking for a well presented Office Assistant to join our company.
This is permanent part-time role comprising 25 hours per week over a 5 day period.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- General office administration duties.
- Assisting with other Administration duties as required.
- Assisting with our Compliance Management including NHVR administration.
To be considered for the position, you will require:
- Excellent computer skills and experience using MS Office, Word and Excel
- Experience with MYOB would be desirable but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and liaise professionally at all levels.
- Ideally you will have experience working in a commercial construction environment.
