As we continue to grow, we are offering a full-time position with an attractive salary package within a close-knit firm with a dynamic work environment.
The Role
- Providing exceptional legal advice and representation within a variety of Family Law matters, including but not limited to divorce, property settlements, parenting matters and domestic violence matters;
- Managing and representing clients in Court proceedings, hearings and mediations;
- Drafting Family Law documents;
- Attending meetings with clients and other legal professionals;
- Ongoing professional development and staying updated on Family Law changes; and
- Contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
Ideal Candidate will
- Have strong advocacy and negotiation skills;
- Be willing to learn and continue to learn;
- Have capacity to liaise and manage clients, families, experts and professionals;
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality legal services;
- Have attention to detail; and
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
