We are looking for a passionate and driven Operational Key Account Manager to join our team. This challenging yet diverse role will see you manage a dedicated team to ensure all vendor, order and carrier managements task are completed efficiently and accurately. Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer retention and drive continuous improvement
- Designing and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Managing and understanding order profiles
- Completing trade management
- Hosting regular QBRs and customer meetings
- Completing reports, quotes for customers

Additionally, you will have:
- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain / Order Management
