Role Overview:

As the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our services, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with NDIS and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure all aspects of the business comply with legislative and industry regulations.
• Lead the compliance monitoring process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Work closely with management and staff to foster a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
• Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders, representing Parcare Support Service in a professional manner.
• Oversee risk management activities, ensuring risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, promoting best practices in all operational and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an operational and compliance role within the NDIS or related health services sector.
• Strong understanding of NDIS compliance requirements and other relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make sound strategic decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Compliance, Health Management, or related fields.
