The Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA) is an Alliance partnership between Acciona Construction Australia, BMD Constructions, WSP Australia, AECOM Australia and the Public Transport Authority (PTA). The Alliance is delivering the Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal project which will, elevated three sections of the rail line and remove six level crossings, create 5 new elevated train stations and create new publicly accessible spaces within the rail corridor.

We are recruiting for an Entry into Service / Operational Readiness Coordinator on a Full Time basis to work in a highly skilled and diverse team to deliver public Transport Infrastructure and Assets. As a specialist, you will be supporting the Operational Readiness Team to safely deliver operational specific requirements of the assigned projects.
Reporting to the Commissioning Manager and based in our Bentley office, this role will see you:
- Draft, update and coordinate activities as required in the ALUA Entry into Service (EIS) Plan other subordinate documents in line with Project requirements
- Develop the EIS, Final Asset Acceptance (FAA), Operational Readiness and handover procedures when and as required.
- Develop and Update for approval the Projects Operational Readiness Plan and Handover and Acceptance Plan
- Review and control the required handover documentation.
- Ensure Work Lots are available for EIS events
- Provide direction for the subcontractors to preserve supplied equipment in accordance with the vendors recommendations
- Define walkdown and handover processes through the various phases of commissioning. Including the management of Hold and Witness Points
- Responsible for scoping and delivering the required readiness activities ensuring minimal interruption to stakeholders
- Develop and have accepted a O&M training plan
- Collaborate with project resources to ensure required outcomes are achieved.
Your background
Great people skills and the ability to build trust is a must, backed by strong communications skills. You may also have:
- Previous experience in similar QA or Completions and/or Engineering roles in the rail infrastructure industry
- Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent industry role experience).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
- Proven communicator who can lead and influence.
- Experience with a range software applications.
