We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service driven individual to join our team on a full-time permanent basis as an Operational Support Officer.

The Operations Support Officer will provide support and guidance of offshore services to ensure client and customer outcomes are achieved within agreed Service Level Agreements. This role will suit someone with mortgage industry experience, particularly mortgage processing and has excellent communication skills.

About you

• You have previous experience in the mortgage industry or other comparable finance industry experience

• You are able to work in a high volume work environment

• You are flexible and agile with great organisation skills and attention to detail

• You are a great communicator and excel at providing outstanding customer service

• You are a collaborative team member

• Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced
