About the Role:
A key part of the role will be editing data, data entry and executing timely and precise job creation. You will also actively contribute to system testing and troubleshooting, and play a pivotal role in enhancing operational processes. This role offers an opportunity to apply your Administrative, strategic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and edit data ensuring accuracy and meticulous record-keeping.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- Be a mentor and guide, providing essential training to new staff members when required.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting during system upgrades.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly responding to inquiries.
- Review reports and data, ensuring precision and completeness.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous administration experience with a focus on data entry and data management.
- Previous Government experience or experience working for a reputable company.
- Used to working in a high volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
