Operations Administration Assistant

This is a casual part time role, with the intension of becoming a full-time role.
Monday – Friday 11AM – 4PM (full time hours required to cover holidays)
Company based in Yatala; award rate paid.
Qualifications & experience
• Previous experience in transport/warehouse administration essential.
• Strong attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining excellent time management.
• Ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have own reliable transport.
Tasks & responsibilities
• General admin duties & weekly reporting
• Manage customer enquiries, bookings & invoicing.
• Database management
• Liaise with warehouse staff regarding orders and stock levels.
• Produce, collate and distribute order documentation.
• Varied other administration duties as required.
• Provide a high level of customer service for all enquires via phone or email.
