Bushman's Bakery is a locally owned business located in North Mackay. We make a large range of breads, rolls, cakes, pies and sandwiches. The business is predominately wholesale in the Mackay and Isaac Regional Council areas, and there is also a retail outlet on site.
THE ROLE
The Operations and Administration Assistant will assist with the day to day management of the operations and administrative tasks.
The admin team will consist of the Operations and Administration Manager and three part time admin assistants.
You will be a positive individual who is willing to undertake a broad range of activities including but not limited to:
Administration tasks.
Customer service/liaison and debtor management
Stock Control/Quality Control
Run errands
Liaise with production team
Weekend work required
THE PERSON
Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in administration roles.
Ability to learn to use new software.
Motivated and organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
High personal ethics, integrity and responsibility.
Good communicator.
Positive outlook.
THE OFFER
A part-time position is offering 16-20 on average per week with more covering annual leave etc, located at the bakery working in a family environment with a great team.
