About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Administration Officer, and based at the City’s Works Depot in Barlee Street, Busselton, this role is responsible for providing a range of administration and organisational support to the Operations Services business unit, and provides customer service to both internal and external customers.
The person:
The successful applicant will align with our values and have the following skills and experience:
- Well-developed administration skills including word processing and data entry.
- Intermediate experience in the use of Microsoft Office as a minimum
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships in a diverse working environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills, including the proven ability to prioritise and react to changes in priorities.
- Ability to use initiative, problem solve and research information.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and also autonomously.
- An understanding of workplace OSH responsibilities.
An understanding of Work Health and Safety in the workplace, particularly as it relates to the construction industry, would be valuable.
