Operations Administrator

Xpress Freight Management is a privately owned transport and logistics company that is rapidly expanding. Due to continued growth, we currently have an open vacancy for an Operations Administrator in our Adelaide facility. 

Location: Green fields 

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Negotiable

This is an integral and hands on role within both our Perth operation and business as a whole. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data entry and manifesting;
• POD management;
• Branch customer service;
• Liaison with local staff, customers and receivers;
• Asset and pallet control;
• Time sheet management;
• Operational cost reporting;
• General administration duties;
• Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are maintained at all times

Transport experience would be advantageous. Experience in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must, along with the ability to communicate on all levels. Above industry standard salary and the opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business are on offer.
