Xpress Freight Management is a privately owned transport and logistics company that is rapidly expanding. Due to continued growth, we currently have an open vacancy for an Operations Administrator in our Adelaide facility.

This is an integral and hands on role within both our Perth operation and business as a whole. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry and manifesting;
- POD management;
- Branch customer service;
- Liaison with local staff, customers and receivers;
- Asset and pallet control;
- Time sheet management;
- Operational cost reporting;
- General administration duties;
- Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are maintained at all times
Transport experience would be advantageous. Experience in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must, along with the ability to communicate on all levels. Above industry standard salary and the opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business are on offer.
