Join our team as an Operations Admin at our Parafield Gardens Warehouse.
Start time: 7:30am
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective movement of pallet and operations data
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive processing of manifests
- Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the site manager.
- Answering calls for Customer Service
- Organise and review driver run sheets and report discrepancies to management
- Support and process load plans, while ensuring that all Dangerous Goods Declarations are properly attached to customer consignments.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of the transport & logistics industry desirable.
- Must have a background in administration.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- A friendly and helpful demeanor.
