- Tracking and maintaining accurate records of all personnel movement. Effective travel co-ordination, including after hours and weekend.
- Maintaining updated CV of personnel for Sales and Operations functions
- Preparing reports, presentations, or correspondence to communicate to the wider business. Timesheet/ expense consolidation and verification of staff and contract personnel. Induction & Orientation of all new employees.
- Coordinating all contractors hire and movement for project requirement. PPE - stock and supply to all personnel permanent and contractors
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, training, medicals, and certification for all personnel. Also, maintaining company staff houses for crew rotations.
- Handling office administration including maintaining office, stationary stock, and document archiving.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in administration, personnel, or operations administration.
- Have qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Be proficient in MS Office, related software.
- Have a background knowledge in travel coordination.
- Have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
