Joining a global team, you'll work alongside some of the brightest minds.As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and maintaining accurate records of all personnel movement. Effective travel co-ordination, including after hours and weekend.
  • Maintaining updated CV of personnel for Sales and Operations functions
  • Preparing reports, presentations, or correspondence to communicate to the wider business. Timesheet/ expense consolidation and verification of staff and contract personnel. Induction & Orientation of all new employees.
  • Coordinating all contractors hire and movement for project requirement. PPE - stock and supply to all personnel permanent and contractors
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, training, medicals, and certification for all personnel. Also, maintaining company staff houses for crew rotations.
  • Handling office administration including maintaining office, stationary stock, and document archiving.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in administration, personnel, or operations administration.
  • Have qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, related software.
  • Have a background knowledge in travel coordination.
  • Have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
