AddressMain duties
- Opening and setting up of projects/jobs
- Manage Inductions and Company information in Portals eg Ariba, Procure, Workday, Felix, drop box, share point
- Manage procurement / placing orders eg speakers, amplifiers etc
- Update the Project and Resource Schedules
- Follow up PO status and manage deliveries
- Handle the logistics', track changes of company assets such as tools and vehicles
- Assist with the creation, collation and distribution of project documents through portals
- be able to commuicate clearly and effectively with clients, Emails, Phone calls
- Maintain workers compliance certificates, licenses and qualifications stored in CNG register
- Maintain register of PPE and safety equipment
- Manage daily collections and data entry of time sheets
