Techforce Personnel is currently working with our long-standing client to assist in their search for a Operations Administrator based in the High Wycombe region. Offering a great opportunity to engage with senior management team, the role would be ideal for someone with 2-3 years administration experience working within a construction field. This role is responsible for supporting the business’ workshop & site related operational functions, duties will include:
- Working with ERM systems to create jobs and monitoring candidate traction.
- Orginisation of rental equipment for off an on hire processing, also monitoring this through data spreadsheets.
- Chasing timesheets from candidates as well as approval from clients in order to get these processed quickly and efficiently.
- Management of site reports, through data spreadsheets
It is essential that the candidate has the below skills and knowledge:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to priorities tasks when needed.
- High level of MS office skills
