This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Administrator, located in Rosebery, NSW. The role involves working in-office and can be done remotely for some days.
What you can expect in a Operations Administrator at Indigo8.
- You'll be checking, validating, processing and being the gatekeeper for our vetting process - ensuring nothing gets past you!
- You'll be managing territory for our respective clients
- You'll be processing client data - attention to detail will be key!
- You'll have clear and concise communication skills
- You'll have strong time management capabilities, ensuring all deadlines are met
- You'll collaborate with the team, where you'll be comfortable sharing your ideas and feedback
- You'll be able to work automatously, but also just as capable of relying on your team when required
- You'll be willing to put up your hand, when a colleague needs a hand
