ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis working at our office located in Kwinana.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing support across all areas and act as one of the key interfaces between operations and support departments. The ideal candidate will be a team player, diligent and pragmatic professional, keen to join a company with such an exciting future.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager Operations and their direct reports.
- Act as one of the key interfaces between Operations and support departments and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the General Manager Operations through planning and scheduling team discussions and general calendar management.
- Provide administrative support to Operations team forums including development of agendas and taking minutes.
- Support the General Manager Operations to collate weekly and monthly reports and assistance in end-of-month reporting activities.
- Support the Operations team and ensuring that key HSE data are collated and prepared for relevant meetings.
- Provide support or lead where necessary the functions related to the onboarding of new starters and employee communication.
- Work with Office Manager to co-ordinate site-based events such as visits by Board Members, Government bodies and Dignitaries/VIPs as well as celebratory events.
- Manage PPE and other HSE-related procurement for the Operations team.
- Assist in typing up site-wide communications and announcements.
- Other related activities to meet business needs (utilizing similar skills to carry out the accountabilities listed above).
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a similar role within a similar-sized organisation
- Diploma or similar qualification in business administration will be highly regarded
- Previous experience using SAP highly regarded
- Extensive experience and proficiency in the Microsoft software suite of products especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
