Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast paced, and no two days the same. As an Operations Assistant you will be at the centre of our new partnership with Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP).

THE POSITION
Work closely with the operations manager across 3 venues.
Provide administrative support.
Coordinate retail operations and ensure employees meet schedules and objectives.
Help oversee facility vendors.
Performing inventory management and stock control, when required
Support the operational manager on tasks and projects when required.
Work closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure all events are delivered and closed off seamlessly.

THE PERSON
Proven experience in a food retail environment ideally within a fast-paced sports or entertainment venue.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
Strategic problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity during events.
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
A positive attitude and love for events and sports.
