operational constraints and problem solve will be highly beneficial to support QPS Fixed Wing operations.

Key Accountabilities
Your Key Accountabilities will include:
• Coordinate operations in compliance with, operations manuals, Safety and Fatigue Management Systems, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and other relevant Commonwealth legislation.
• Coordinate flight requests and approvals from Department of Premier and Cabinet, Queensland Health - DonateLife, Queensland Police Service, Queensland Corrective Services and other partner agencies as required.
• Assist with aircrew rostering and ground operations including aircraft positioning and loading/unloading.
• Manage payload distribution, passengers and freight manifest.
• Coordinate air movements, catering, fuel, security, parking and pavement concessions.
• Produce data reports, pre and post flight administration and other duties as required in support of flight operations.
Highly desirable:
• Experience with Dangerous Goods awareness and/or acceptance.
• Strong ICT skills, including MS Office Suite experience.
• Relevant experience working in an Operations Coordination support role, ideally in an emergency services or (non-airline) corporate or private flight department.
• Knowledge of Flight Operations scheduling systems such as SchedAero and Air Maestro.
• Understanding of Fatigue Management Systems and the associated CASA regulations.
Desirable:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working in a reactive environment with constantly competing priorities.
• Ability to forward plan, quickly evaluate operational constraints, and problem solve solutions.
Special Conditions
In compliance with CASA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan requirements, the preferred applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment testing and participate in the QGAir Drug and Alcohol Management Program.
In addition to standard rostered office shifts, must be able to participate in a ‘on call' roster from home for 24hr last minute police emergency or organ flight coordination requirements.
