Our Client is a well-respected client-side advisory firm, who provide expertise to the market across infrastructure development, asset management and program oversight.

In this newly created role, you would work closely with internal and external stakeholders across operational strategies and projects, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
You would support the Operations Manager with process improvements, any projects which were running at the time along with reporting, expenses, and time sheeting tasks as well.
You will enjoy responsibility for;
- Identify, document, instigate, and complete project support tasks to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Assist with procurement, contract management, and delivery of services including property, environment, planning, cultural heritage and more, for projects.
- Work with the team in the development of documentation to support internal project activities, approvals applications, and processes.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters.
You will have demonstrated experience with;
- Operations or related roles including business coordination, project support or similar
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Initiative in identifying potential problems and implementing/providing practical solutions autonomously.
- Ability to perform under time pressure with a high level of business and personal ethics.
Experience in contractual management, tenders and bids, and legal/procurement activities is highly advantageous for this position.
