BuildPak is a family-run company, established in Orange NSW in August 2018. Our team specialises in providing superior-quality frames, trusses, and flooring systems. We have a dedicated team who design and build all products and deliver across NSW providing exceptional end-to-end service for our customers and clients.
To support our growth focused approach we have an exciting, newly created position of Operations Coordinator available within the Orange office. You will work closely with the team to improve Buildpak’s workflow process, streamlining the daily operations and managing the business’s projects through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between the sales team and the factory, external stakeholders and customers fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Ensure relevant paperwork is received and processes are followed through from the initial sales order to delivery
- Source any materials required for the completion of projects
- Liaise with the delivery driver to ensure all products are packed, loaded, and delivered to each customer
- Address workflow issues as they arise and work towards a resolution
- Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Regularly update key stakeholders on job progress and any other relevant information
- Having an in-depth knowledge of our business products
- Self-manage the day-to-day operations and driving your own performance
Basic skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business administration or project management preferably within the building industry
- Strong capabilities using systems and technology, predominately ERP and MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomous and driven person with superior time management skills and proven ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
