As an Operations Expert you will support the Operations Lead to ensure the Portfolio / Domain achieves its objectives (financial, customer, people, risk/process) by providing guidance and oversight for overall health of Portfolio / Domain operations. You will provide advisory services to enable the Portfolio / Domain to understand insights and opportunities for improvement.
What will your day look like
This role is accountable for:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements – Financial, workforce and commercial management.
- Introduce improved reporting insights and automation.
- Support the monthly financial, workforce reporting and Objectives tracking function of the ARC domain.
- Support the Change Management function of the ARC Domain.
- Support the domain commercial and vendor management function.
What will you bring?
The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
Experience in supporting a business or department.
Experience in building relationships across ANZ to realise the Portfolio / Domain operational strategy
Influencing skills across a diverse range of Stakeholders
Working knowledge of finance, commercial (ie vendor management), risk, performance and operational management
Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
Ability to synthesis information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans
Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans
Experience in understanding what measures are important for New Ways of Working
Ability to support report automation though tools such a Qlik reporting

Ensure data and necessary artefacts are kept up to date and readily available
Reporting & Insights
Collation of data across Portfolio / Domain, extracting relevant information and collating into presentable formats for senior management
Process & Policy Guardrails
Coordinate and maintain artefacts required for sign offs
Ensure relevant processes and policies are kept up to date
