The role:
You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the group's assets and developing and maintaining processes that enable businesses and projects to be safe, efficient and profitable.
Your impact.
Your success in this particular role will enable seamless and smooth operations amongst the Plant, People and Logistics team, ensuring efficient coordination of our people and plant to projects across the state and country.
Your every day:
- Management of internal and external assets and day-to-day operations
- Managing and facilitating of internal and external labour and plant requirements for projects
- Developing and maintaining efficient systems across team and yard operations
- Ensuring seamless coordination between project teams and the yard
- Managing the group facilities ensuring a high level of service across the group
Who are you?
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Intermediate computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office
- Track record of managing maintenance and coordination of assets with successful outcomes
- Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems
- Vast network of subcontractors & suppliers
- Proven experience working with earthmoving machinery and general civil construction plant as well as labour
