This role is central to the forecasting and internal delivery of architectural and interior design work.
The successful application will have great attention to detail, be an effective problem solver and be comfortable being a conduit between many stakeholders.
Clear, concise communication skills are a must as well as the ability to be motivated when working autonomously.
This role is an 18 month maternity leave cover with the potential to continue.
Operations Manager role will include but is not limited to:
- Resourcing and support for project architects/team leads
- Forecasting oversight and assistance to project architects/designers for all live projects
- Invoicing support to team, overall oversight of invoicing targets and subsequent reporting to senior management team
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office through improvement and implementation of best practice methods
- Assisting project architects/team leads with project related administration and fee setting/maintenance
Essential Criteria
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- 3 + years of relevant experience in Administration (a design/professional services environment will be looked upon favourably)
- Software experience:
- Xero (other accounting software will be considered)
- Total Synergy (other project management software will be considered)
- Excel (intermediary skills - confident with formulas and linking sheets at minimum) - Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of the wider admin team
- Great communication skills and someone who is happy collaborating with many different people in the business

- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner
