Role Description
This is a full-time role of Operations Manager at Sharing Minds, located in Brisbane, QLD. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the operational functions of the business, with an emphasis on financial performance, contract delivery, and client satisfaction.
The role is a hybrid role, implying that you are required to work onsite in Brisbane but are also able to work from home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in financial management, contract management, and project management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the IT industry or business consulting is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in Project Management and/or Six Sigma is an advantage
