Key Responsibilities:
- Quote and estimate project costs accurately and efficiently, providing clients with clear and detailed proposals.
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring workflow is managed effectively in collaboration with the workshop supervisor.
- Monitor and enhance productivity within the workshop, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive team environment, working closely with all departments to ensure seamless operations and high morale.
Qualifications and Skills:
