AddressWe are looking for a Supermarket Operations Manager to join oversee our sites in the Central West!
- Build a culture that is consistent with the organisation’s vision, purpose, values and strategy, focusing on impact and the achievement of measurable outcomes and accountability
- Lead the delivery of high store standards
- Ensure workplace health and safety actions are completed maintaining a safe working environment in the workplace at all times.
- Work alongside the Support Office to drive business performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve financial performance and key performance targets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and work across other departments to develop whole of organisation business solutions
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, manage, upskill and motivate team members to achieve set business goals.
- Previous multi-site retail management experience
- Experienced in achieving KPI's in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing commercials including cost control or being responsible for your own P&L
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Current Driving License
- A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
- Willingness to stay away from home one night per week
