We are currently seeking a Senior Field Service Supervisor to join our HBS QLD team in our Cannon Hill office. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Manager, your focus will be to lead the Service Delivery team & ensuring an outstanding customer experience and successful delivery of outcomes to the customer & Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the Service Delivery team has appropriately trained resources in order to meet the business commitments to customers and the corporation.
Leading the service delivery to allocated contracts within the existing and new contract base to meet the outcome commitments sold. Exceeding customer’s expectations through the successful service delivery.
Relationship development with the customer, delivering an outstanding customer experience, maximizing financial performance of the contract and looking for additional opportunities during the ongoing service delivery phases.
Post mobilisation, continue to develop strong relationships with the customers to ensure that they remain successful by realizing the full value of CS. Continuing to promote the CS contract and further expansions opportunities. Responsible for maintaining a high customer satisfaction level by being an advocate and liaison between the customers and the service teams.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
5+ years of sales and/or operations experience
Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues.
Proven experience in Cyber Security, Energy, ICT, HVAC or Security to compliment other skills in the deployment team.
Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels across all internal and external stakeholders involving solid relationship building skills
