Form of workWorking closely with the Operations Manager and State Managers, you will produce, analyse and distribute report, create and implement strategies to improve field team performance. You will also be responsible for managing the Operations Support and Field Support teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Line management of Field Operations and Field Support teams (6 staff)
- Measuring and monitoring field team and operational outcomes, and driving solutions with State Managers
- Monitoring and working with State Manager to ensure field team employment condition compliance
- Creating regular reports for key stakeholders on the performance of Operations and the field team
- Strong interpersonal and highly developed communication skills
- Strong with MS Excel and data analysis
- Flexibility and capacity to view the bigger picture
- Team leadership experience
