We're thrilled to offer the opportunity to join Kinetic IT as an Operations Manager, delivering high quality service to one of our iconic customers. Based at the bustling customer site in Mascot NSW, with some flexibility to work from home, this is a Permanent Ongoing position that promises a fulfilling career journey.
Being at the forefront of customer interaction, this role collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to ensure SLAs & customer expectations. Leading the charge to guide the Service Desk team to success, adeptly managing escalations and propelling us toward our business objectives.

ABOUT YOU

You're a forward-thinker who thrives on optimising team performance and operational efficiency. With your experience in similar leadership roles, to bring demonstrated skills at owning daily operational responsibilities and delivering tangible results.
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Proven leadership in managing service desk teams, skilled in handling escalations and business practices.
- Demonstrated experience in people management in larger teams of 40+ individuals, fostering a culture of support and collaboration.
- Track record of nurturing customer relationships in a vendor-customer environment, with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Call Manager Systems, coupled with ability to demonstrate tangible results through reporting and regular customer meetings.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ServiceNow, as this will significantly enhance suitability for the role.
