Operations Manager - Commercial Property Management

Our client is a diverse property group looking for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio located on the Bayside and surrounding areas. The way they operate is highly dependent on good business relationships, transparency and trust, and hold themselves accountable to the highest standards in all their undertakings.

The Role:

This role will be ideal for a candidate seeking a diverse role who enjoys a challenge and has a collaborative mindset to engage with our clients and stakeholders. 
They are seeking a motivated property professional with experience stemming from either a Commercial Property Management, retail management or residential Real Estate background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed portfolio of Retail, Commercial & Industrial tenancies
• Conduct property inspections
• Complete condition reports
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Maintenance management
• Operations & compliance management
• Relationship management

Working closely within the Commercial Property Management team, the role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset. Ideally, you will have at least 1-2 years experience within a property environment and have strong knowledge in property legislation and management.
