We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Managerto join our team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Operations Manager - Property Services will manage the delivery of property services and contractual obligations in accordance with safety, contractual, people, legal and other relevant policies, and procedures.
This position is further responsible for providing solid leadership, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contract.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Takes all practical measures to safely and sustainably deliver P&L commitments, escalating potential issues to senior management well in advance.
- Regularly monitors contract performance to ensure compliance standards and KPIs are met and that service is provided in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract.
- Develops and actively manages a contract plan.
- Actively manages the requirements and performance of subcontractors to ensure contract objectives are met.
- Participate in Contract Meetings with Client as required.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Proven experience at a senior management level in a large outsourced services business with multiple services and locations.
- Experience of Government contracting.
- Demonstrated management experience within a collaborative working environment, delivering the required outcomes against a performance-based contract with agreed key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of relevant SafeWork SA and WHS codes and regulation.
