About the Role
As the Operations Manager at Gill and Lane you will work closely with our leaders and team to achieve our business goals. This means each day will look very different, you can expect to be managing project work alongside day to day operations (business as usual).
Projects
- Support our leadership team with a business transition project
- Guide our team members through the implementation of a new practice management software
Business as usual
- Liaise with our IT provider when tech support is required for our team
- Assist with all accounting functions required including reports, billing, creditors and bank reconciliation
- Review our current processes and offer suggestions to help the business continuously improve
- Work with our leadership, support and administrative teams to balance workloads and ensure optimal workflow
- Support with professional development, team building and fundraising activities
About you
We are looking for someone who has skills and knowledge with coordinating teams, facilitating projects and leading change management initiatives. You will be a planner who thrives on guiding projects through to completion. You will recognise when to action versus when to delegate
A background within the legal industry particularly within day to day finance functions, practice management systems and general operations will be advantageous however we recognize this is a unique role and encourage candidates with a professional services or project management background to apply.
