About the role:
The newly created role of Operations Manager, Retirement Living will work as part of the Neighbourhood Living Team at Kalyra, standardising operational practices across our Retirement Living portfolio.
This role is integral to the growth of village operations and to ensuring we are always compliant with the Retirement Villages Act.
Growing positive relationships with residents, and both internal and external stakeholders is a key part of this role.
The role reports directly to the Director of Neighbourhood Living and would suit someone who would like a role working in a supportive team environment.

About you:
You will be a motivated self-starter who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
You'll be confident in using modern technology and be able to manage your time and priorities well to achieve desired outcomes.
Most importantly, you'll have exceptional customer service skills to be able to work effectively with our wonderful residents and the wider Kalyra team.
Apart from this, we ask that you have the following:
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x covid vaccinations
- Influenza 2024 vaccination
- Reliable vehicle and current drivers license
