You're an experienced operational leader or a supervisor poised for advancement, with a background in the industrial or heavy industry sectors, recognised by your strategic insight and hands-on methodology.  Your background in logistics and cost management speaks volumes about your ability to drive profitability and efficiency. Safety is not just a policy for you; it's a commitment, and you have a track record of implementing effective safety programs. You're adept at P&L management, balancing the books while driving growth.  As a natural team builder and leader, you excel in creating cohesive, efficient work environments.  Your strategic thinking is complemented by a customer-focused mindset, and you're comfortable coordinating multiple plants. Ideally, you have a connection to the construction sector, particularly with concrete manufacturing and delivery.
