The Role:
This position is a multi-site Supervisor overseeing the day to day CBD Patrol operations and facilities and assigned field staff within the branch portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Provide clear communication and direction to patrol staff
• Monitor and report on site operations.
• Organise Repairs & Maintenance with Contractors
• Liaise with Senior Management to assist with feedback to clients on matters on site operations.
• Provide relief coverage for other AOMs as required during periods of absence and annual leave.
• Provide advice and recommendations on potentials OH&S issues and future infrastructure requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in anoperational environment with some team lead or people management exposure
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• High level administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and excel competency.
• Valid class c drivers license
• Security License would be beneficial
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
