WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As an Operations Supervisor based in Malaga WA, you will report to the State Manager and encompass a wide range of administrative and operational activities. This is a vital role where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will need to be able to use their time effectively whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure clients have what they need at the desired time.

This diverse role will have you supporting the sales and labour teams as well as our customers whilst you develop and grow your knowledge of the products and services we provide the construction industry.
YOUR TASKS INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Processing timesheets, daily job service dockets and invoices
- Maintaining compliant and up to date customer files with a focus on audit requirements
- Working closely with the sales team to ascertain transport/labour requirements
- Communicating with customers to confirm transport/labour requirements
- Schedule client jobs, ensuring all required equipment is allocated and full details are recorded within the IT and invoice systems.
- Allocate drivers to deliver/install/collect equipment from site.
- Allocate crane operators for various works.
- Prepare accurate delivery sheets and transport runs, including permit applications for oversized equipment.
- General filing and administration tasks
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU MUST:
- Previous administration experience in a dynamic role
- Customer service and communication skills
- Be able to prioritise competing demands and multi-task effectively
- Have strong time management skills
- Possess a high level of meticulousness with a focus on accuracy
- Build a strong understanding of the services we provide, our equipment and our products
- Be able to confidently work autonomously and within a group
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and capable of picking up in house systems quickly
- Understand WHS and the importance of maintaining safety standards
- Valid driver’s licence
